Billing

We have our very own dedicated billing system to meet the requirements of any size business. Our tailored approach ensures we meet the needs of our clients, not the other way around. All billing is via email in PDF format monthly. More detailed tailoring can be configured if required.

Support

All support is provided by Spinktel and covers the full array of customers’ enquiries. Spinktel has a dedicated support team focusing on general customer enquires such as billing, fault resolution and service delivery to meet the needs of all clients.
